The moderator’s main power is to grant access to AllPeople to a User who has not met the conditions for automatic registration.
This can happen if the telephone number and email address are not verified.
There are other cases.
Moderators are therefore advised to be very, very careful with this power and to check it very carefully to avoid errors and authorisation of Bots or other false User accounts.
Apart from that, a non-administrator User cannot destroy everything, even a moderator, so the fault will not be definitive or very serious either.
